At Madhuve, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every saree we deliver. We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept return and exchange requests under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product You received a wrong item that does not match your order The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered Items without original tags or packaging Orders where the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery Sale or discounted items unless they arrive damaged or defective
How to Raise a Request
If you wish to return or exchange your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Reach out via WhatsApp or email at support@madhuve.in
- Share your Order ID, a brief reason for the request, and clear photos or a video of the product
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours
- Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your saree for a different product or colour, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, Madhuve will bear the return shipping cost. In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Madhuve is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Important Notes
Please do not send back items without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. All return and exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be entertained. Colour slight variations due to screen settings or photography lighting are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
