1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
* Sarees can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
* The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
* Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
* Custom orders and final sale items are non-returnable.
2. How to Return or Exchange:
* Contact our customer service team at Support@madhuve.in or 88241-34833 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
* Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with photos of the item if it’s defective or damaged.
* Once we review your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
* Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
3. Refunds:
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
* If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and following the return process for the original purchase.
* If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Exceptions:
* Please note that due to the nature of our products (especially custom-designed sarees or poshaks), we may not accept returns or exchanges if the items have been worn or altered.
* We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, sale items, or intimate apparel.
6. International Returns:
* For international orders, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Customs and duties fees are non-refundable.
