Shipping Policy

At Madhuve, we want your saree to reach you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across all states and union territories of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched along with your tracking details.


3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders to metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata are typically delivered within 3–4 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

Public holidays or regional festivals Courier partner delays Adverse weather conditions Remote or difficult-to-access locations

Madhuve is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges. The price you see is the price you pay.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp or email. You can use this information to track your order in real time on the respective courier partner’s website.

If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing your order.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Madhuve is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email. We will do our best to update the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed over to the courier.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos or a video immediately upon opening the package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please notify us and we will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


9. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes across India. COD availability will be indicated at checkout based on your delivery location. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.


10. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple sarees, they will generally be shipped together in a single package. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
