While we make every effort to display product colours and designs accurately, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting or screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. Madhuve reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
We accept payments via UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, and Cash on Delivery for eligible pin codes. All online transactions are secured and encrypted.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or message. This confirmation does not guarantee shipment until the order is verified and processed.
4. Order Cancellation & Modification
You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Once the order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Madhuve reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship PAN India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions. Madhuve is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
